As such this dataset is a joint effort of MAG and MAG member agencies. These data are a synthesis of existing land use, general plan land use, and development plans in Maricopa County. Future Land Use is intended to represent a buildout state of development in the region. It should be considered as "potential" land use and not necessarily tied to a particular forecast year.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
